[The audio comes out somewhat breathless; clearly Nathan's walking around in the snow while he sends this out.]

Alright, so here's brain twister: if Robert Miller dies in the snow but no one is around to hear it, does he even make a sound?

[Yeah, that's it. He's just looking for company.]

I contacted the administrator about what happened to us, and I have some... potentially bad news.

[ She looks and sounds very calm about it, but anyone even slightly familiar with Angel probably knows that's the norm for her. A worried little frown does appear as she continues, though. ]

She refused to confirm that Robert Miller was in custody, and only said that she's doing what she can to contain the problem. Iunno how familiar you guys are with PR speak, but that kiiinda sounds like he's still on the loose to me. He is - er, was? - the tech guy, so I suppose if anyone would know how to evade detection via the nanomachines or security it'd be him.

I think it would be prudent to collectively step up our game when it comes to remaining vigilant! Try not to be alone, maybe set up some kind of shift system for sleeping so that someone's always on watch, that kinda thing. We probably won't be able to stop anyone being taken again if he wants to do that, but perhaps it will help us get a distress call to the admin as soon as possible? In - in the event that he'd try something similar again, anyhow.

[ She's not actually convinced that they'll be able to help themselves at all, no matter how prepared they are. But feeling like you're doing something is important, right? And she's good at lying, so she can at least sound like she completely believes what she's saying. ]

Sorry. To be the bearer of bad news. This freaking sucks.

[Red lines travel across Nathan's face and what's visible of his body like sweeping blood spatter trails, but if he notices or even cares, he makes no indication. Instead, he rubs his hands together.]

One, two, three, four, I declare...a fucking battleship war.

[Jazz hands away from the camera to gesture toward a box of the game Battleship. Or, well, a general knockoff approximation of what is clearly Battleship.]

We'll need two teams. Pick your allies, defend your ships. I'll be playing as your game master, today.

Welcome to Norfinbury. The time is E̛̬̞͖͖̫R҉͖̯̬R̼̻͉̰͎̳̙O̩͓͔̫͇͈̯R and the date is E̛̬̞͖͖̫R҉͖̯̬R̼̻͉̰͎̳̙O̩͓͔̫͇͈̯R. This network has been provided for your use. Please interact politely with everyone else on this network.

[The camera opens up on Aigis, who previously has never shown her face on the network before. If she's nervous, she doesn't show it, though she does look rather underdressed for the cold weather in her school uniform.] Hello, everyone. My name is Aigis.

I know that...the situation hasn't been very good for a lot of people lately. [Her face falls a bit as she addresses this, recalling the size of the last obituary and the circumstances which likely prompted it.] I am sorry to everyone who has suffered as a result of the events of the past few days.

Nathan-san and I hoped to provide something that may lift people's spirits. If the records provided by previous messages are correct, then day 155 should be Valentine's Day.

[Here, Nathan interjects, all but swinging the camera in his direction so he can command attention during his part of the important announcement.]

And this Valentine's day, since most of us unlucky bastards don't have someone they fancy, consider celebrating someone you aren't fucking.

[Aigis' voice interrupts from off camera.] Nathan-san, please do not be crude.

[Nathan looks positively scandalized at the chide.]

Who's being crude? I'm talking about love and shit. You know, selflessness! If more people just appreciated one another, maybe they wouldn't kidnap one another and send them to frozen hellscapes. Friends don't let friends be a Robert Miller.

[He points a finger at what is presumably Aigis off camera, before turning his attention back toward the audience on the Network.]

And speaking of loving the things you aren't fucking, say hello to the newest member of the Nathan-Aigis family!

[Here, he lifts a small goldfish bowl up to the tablet. It houses a medium-sized moss ball inside of it, nestled against some sand and rocks at the bottom of the bowl.]

This bloke is Jamie. I actually picked him up a few weeks back, but he was too shy to make his grand debut. The point is, we have something to be grateful for this Valentine's Day, and all of you should, too.

[Aigis speaks again once Nathan is finished.] It's alright if you do not feel like celebrating. But we encourage everyone to do their best to show their appreciation to someone they care about.

((ooc: responses will come from both Nathan and Aigis! If you want one or the other specifically, make sure to let us know!))

Hello, everyone. For those of you I haven't spoken with yet, my name is Natasha.

[Natasha gives the camera a smile, although she's absolutely using her Serious Avengers Voice here. She's not so much unfriendly as businesslike.]

I've been doing my best to gather information on the town, and I know quite a few of you have, as well. The survival guide and House's map are incredibly useful tools, but I was thinking of starting up something more specific.

Some of the houses in town have strange features. From reading through the network, I've seen mentions of trapdoors, hallucinations, messages left behind from former residents, things of that nature. I'm thinking we should consolidate all of these details into a document that we can all access, using the numbering system on House's map. It will be much easier for us to coordinate that way, and possibly figure out what happened to this town in the first place. If anyone has figured out which buildings or houses were linked to some of the former residents, such as Andromeda or Sparrow, we should note that down, too.

Anyone who's tried unlocking a door or something similar should speak up as well. If someone downtown finds a key and has no idea where to use it, this guide would be a good starting point, and it will help us cut down on different people trying the same things in the same places. It would also help to try to parse out which messages in the houses were possibly original, and which have been left by us.

Teamwork never hurt anyone, did it? I'll organize everything you give me and post it to the network later. If any of you are willing to act as scouts who can feed me information about different parts of town as you visit them, I would appreciate that, too. I can't be everywhere at once, after all.

[She exhales. That was a bit of a spiel, but more to her point:]

Organization is key. We'll never get out of here if we don't start focusing our efforts and working together rather than in far flung groups who don't keep in close contact. I understand there have been... conflicts, but our goal is to get home. Anything we can do to reach that goal should be of the utmost priority.

[And a smile again! More relaxed this time.]

Any information at all, even if it seems unimportant or insignificant, would be appreciated. Thank you.

[Ordinarily, Estinien wouldn't make a network post. Ordinarily, he'd keep to himself and not bother with talking to anyone. However, thanks to this, he's making this post just a few minutes after receiving the ridiculous chain letter.]

Has there ever been record of one of us turning into an anomaly?

[That's it. Such a chatterbox, this guy.]

[Good morning, Norfinbury. I'm sure you've all missed Nathan's sweet, sultry voice. It's been awhile since his last shitpost, so here he is to present an important poll.]

So, if Admin's robospiders and the anomalies got into a fight, who would win?

[If Beckett could speak above a croak, he'd probably be snarling. As it is, this is a very emphatic croak.]

The next person to tell me that immortality is a curse or go on about how they wish they were human is the next person whose face I bite off.

Ugh.

[This has been a PSA.]

[Kunsel isn't wearing his helmet when he turns the video on, so his expression, all business, is fully visible to anyone who chooses to watch. Bright, almost electric blue eyes focus on the camera as he dives straight into his topic.]

CPR. I was talking to Sheena a while back and realized that not everyone knows what that is. Makes sense, considering that we're all from different worlds, different times, so it's not something every world has necessarily discovered yet. It stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and it's a non-magical life-saving technique that can be used in the event that someone's heart stops beating.

Tl;dr; CPR 101 )
