[The video comes into focus slowly, but its direction is by no means uncertain. A woman is sitting, one leg crossed over the other, in front of the camera. Upon closer inspection, she seems to be sitting up on some sort of examination table. Her jacket is cinched tightly around her body, and the only makeup she's wearing is deep red lipstick. She is reserved, even if she chooses to smile; there's something that seems tightly coiled about her. Harleen is, as always, carefully professional, even when her tone is warm. Psychiatrists have to keep a distance, after all.

Her tone isn't warm now. To be frank, she's angry. Her voice is proof enough of that alone.

To most, she would be completely unrecognizable as Harley Quinn. But not to everyone.]

I haven't even started at Arkham yet and I've already been kidnapped, forced into some strange clown costume, and left in what appears to be a morgue. Even for Gotham, this has got to be some kind of new record.

[She fixes her eyes on the camera, mouth drawn into a terse line.]
