Steve Rogers
Joker's last known location is the post office, he's likely entered the downtown area but could be headed into the ice tunnels. Everyone in the area be on high alert, arm yourselves, avoid traveling alone, I don't want to see anyone else get hurt.

Steph's right, he shouldn't be approached alone if it can be avoided, but we can't leave him wandering around. Let's get organized. I need to know who can help me bring him in, and where you are. Al says he's got spray pistols with acid, if you can find anything to protect your eyes and face, you're gonna wanna grab it.

Peggy and I are in the athletic shed, we need to resupply tomorrow morning and then we'll head south as fast as we can.

Let's try to keep all plans and location information behind a filter, OK? Intel's a weapon, let's not give him more than he has already.

Stephanie Brown
[ Video ]

[ Steph is so angry she's shaking and it's obvious she's been crying, but she uses video anyway. Her personal pride is the least of her problems right now. In her hands is a notebook in which she has drawn a sketch of the Joker, done in ballpoint pen, illustrated with lime green lipstick and red acrylic paint. ]

This man, known as the Joker, is wandering Norfinbury under the name "Jack White", username "gravedigger". He is armed and incredibly dangerous, responsible for the deaths of thousands in Gotham city and elsewhere, as well as for billions of dollars in property damage and almost a decade of terrorism. He is a psycopath who tortures, maims and murders for fun.

Be aware that he is fully capable of fighting without weapons, and has improvised weaponry in the past.

Do not engage. Do not try to take him down on your own. If you see him, run. If you can't run, aim to kill. I cannot stress how serious I am about this. He will kill you. Any of you, at any time, for any reason.

Alphonse Elric
[Filtered away from Joker]

[Al did his best but it wasn't good enough and now someone is dead, someone he had promised to protect. Worse, the murderer has escaped and knows who gave him away, meaning Stephanie is definitely in danger and more people could be too if they run into the Joker at random.

Now isn't the time for caution or voice only, because his voice isn't working too well. Something about having a knife pushed in his throat several times. He's still not sure how that works, why he's bleeding, where the pain has come from. It's a numb sort of disbelief, though, cushioned underneath the weight of his guilt and failure.

So there's a suit of armour on the network today, covered in blood and quite clearly a lot of it is his own, because it seems to be seeping down from under the neck of his helmet in thick waves. The area around his eyes also looks damaged, perhaps with corrosion. Al's voice is weak, but he's forcing it out with determination.]

House is dead.

[He angles the tablet slightly to show House laid off to one side, covered in Al's jacket as if that will somehow make it more palatable. He could barely see to do it thanks to the acid squirted in his eyes, everything blurry around him, but he couldn't just leave him like that.]

The man who did it calls himself Jack White, but his real name is Joker.

[Seriously? That's a stupid name.]

He's a dangerous criminal and he-- [He has to cut off with a wet sounding cough, more blood seeping through the faceplate on his armour. He feels so light-headed.] --he has to be stopped, but you need to be careful. We tried to take him into custody but...

I'm sorry.
