He probably does think it's a game. But just because one person decides to play a game, does that automatically mean another person has agreed to play?

It does not. And I know he is sometimes a liar. He says he is still forced to tell the truth, but it is possible that is now a lie as well.

I do not believe you are playing a game with him. I do not believe he is authorized to sell you.

No. Bombs are dangerous, both to their intended target and to the people using them. They're dangerous to other people who may be in the area. I'm not placing that kind of threat in someone else's hands.
