There's nothing to instruct. He's a sociopath. He has no rhyme or reason to his methods, only that he enjoys inciting a reaction for entertainment.

The best way to handle him is to stay out of the way.

I don't care if you're disappointed I lack the answers you want concerning a mentally unbalanced criminal. There's plenty of intelligent people here who could have figured it out already if there were answers.

He's unstable. He looks to incite any response for pleasure. If you're interested, he'll continue. If you pretend to be disinterested, he'll continue.

So, yes, stay out of the way and pray he doesn't decide to pave the way right through you.
