To be fair to the psychotic murder-clown, he said he wasn't sure whether it was real, either. My peek into his dreams implied something exceptiona was afoot, but perhaps I was reading too much into it.

Whether or not he's human, I can't say. I don't know if someone like him qualifies as a human.
But he's mortal as far as I know.

Because he's mad, and lacks any morals? That's as human as it comes, honestly. Too many confuse transcendence with mere sadism.

How do you know he is mortal? Has anyone ever managed to kill him?

He hasn't died, no. [See what he did there.] I don't believe anyone is ever immortal. Long-lived perhaps. Hard to kill. Never immortal. He's been injured considerably before.

You should be aware that any superhuman perks are neutralised here to begin with, and he has been deteriorating steadily here, on the physical level - MN poisoning, I suspect. You should have a better starting point than usual, if you act quickly.
