The best way to handle him is to stay out of the way.

He's unstable. He looks to incite any response for pleasure. If you're interested, he'll continue. If you pretend to be disinterested, he'll continue.

Whether or not he's human, I can't say. I don't know if someone like him qualifies as a human.
But he's mortal as far as I know.

How do you know he is mortal? Has anyone ever managed to kill him?

He hasn't died, no. [See what he did there.] I don't believe anyone is ever immortal. Long-lived perhaps. Hard to kill. Never immortal. He's been injured considerably before.

You should be aware that any superhuman perks are neutralised here to begin with, and he has been deteriorating steadily here, on the physical level - MN poisoning, I suspect. You should have a better starting point than usual, if you act quickly.
