[Yeah, here's... a cat. A russian blue, to be exact, in a black kitty coat. She's sort of pawing at the screen for a moment, before she realizes that she can in fact probably speak.]

I have several questions that you didn't answer. Though first I should note I didn't understand any of what you just said. Secondly, why can I understand you? Can you understand me? What are the things that say 'attached'? What are they for? What do you mean by 'horrors' and 'freaky'? Locked out of what?

[Woah, cool down Bluestar. She sits back up and curls her tail around her paws, trying not to let the absolute panic of her situation seep in quite as much. Oh, StarClan, this is so confusing.]

Which way is home? I'll trudge through the snow if I have to, but I need to go home.

I don't think you understand. It isn't that I want to go home - there are at least fifteen cats who need me to return to them.

[But... this Twoleg probably doesn't really know how to get back to the forest anyway. Her ears go back as she paws at the screen, clumsily trying to open the files. For a while she skims through the information, but there's so much of it and she barely understands it... she's an old cat, not an elder quite yet but definitely on her way there. This newfangled technology isn't for her.]

Half of these words don't mean anything... aren't there any cats I can speak to?

[ The purple-eyed cat seems to have no trouble with his communicator. An inch off the floor a still-glowing ember hangs from his neck, encased in clear resin and strung on a gold chain he had to loop several times to fit a cat neck. ]

All languages are understood here, by two-leggers and Beast People alike. You must take what comfort you can in this, because you cannot leave.

[Her ears perk as soon as she sees him. He's an odd, almost ethereal figure, but being the religious sort it doesn't surprise her too much. She's seen strange cats before... just maybe not quite as strange as him.]

I've gathered that leaving is impossible... although it makes it a little hard to imagine how I got here in the first place.

[She didn't know Twolegs came with blue fur... how odd. More importantly, she's a little off-put by hearing a full grown Twoleg's voice out of a kit.]

It's not a nickname, it's just what you're called. Twolegs are Twolegs.

[She's trying to be diplomatic, she really is. She just really doesn't like having to speak to so many Twolegs who question her about such weird things. And out of all of them, he seems the least inclined to actually be helpful.]

[Yeah here's the thing though. She knows someone named Firestar... it just so happens that he hasn't recieved that name yet. But the moment she reads that - and really, given that she has no written language of her own, reading is a startling new concept - she's reminded of a prophecy she was given just days before she ended up here.

"His pelt was the color of flame," she'd told Spottedleaf. "You think he might be the fire," she'd answered.

[Oh my god, it's a cat! Al is quite literally the most excited person ever right now, but he takes a few moments to try and compose himself before he replies. It doesn't entirely work, because he sounds younger than ever in his delight when he does respond.]

I can see that people are helping you already, and some people are kind of being jerks, but if you still have any questions then I'd love to be able to help you! I mean-- uh, I'd be glad to try and answer them.

Bluestar jumps back from her tablet and hisses, back arched, ears back, the full Halloween cat. She's never seen a suit of armor before, and to her it looks like a Twoleg monster (a car) has come to life and is trying to speak to her. It's horrifying!

...Alphonse will have to give her a bit, because she's too startled to circle back to what he's saying. She's still hissing, and now making a guttural growl in the back of her throat.]
