[She isn't certain whether this would be a comfort or not, but she feels she needs to say something.]
@Ecks | permatext
The doors were locked.
I did not choose to move.
I choose what I do and do not do, but I did not choose this.
Did you also dream you ought to kill me?
Did you choose that?
[Is that a little bit of a grudge? That's a little bit of a grudge.]
no subject
I thought I had to or you'd kill me first, but - I might have dreamed that. We all might have dreamed everything that night. I'm sorry. It was a, a bad choice.
[She swallows slightly, and forges on:] What I mean is, perhaps we chose to do this and we don't remember. The way you don't remember dreams.
no subject
I have always remembered the things I have done.

I am a person.
I am a person.
I did not choose to move.
Audio, @Griever
Even if you moved against your will this doesn't deny the fact you're a person, it only means something bigger than you took control for a while.
And trust me, it bothers me, but there's nothing we can do to change what happened.
no subject
This happened to everyone?
All the people?
no subject
You're not the only one who remembers walking during the night, even if for me and apparently some other people it felt like a dream. None of us decied to o it, thought.
no subject
Has this happened to you before?
no subject
[That sounds a little like Tron, even if he never got to interact with the AI for so long.]
It's hard to describe what a dream feels like: you feel awake and you move around and interact with a woeld that can make senseor not. You can be whoever your subconscius wants, reflecting fears or hopes or being simply... stupid. And when you dream you can't usually tell yu're not realy awake.
And- I'm not sure but it's not completely unheard of people walking in their sleep.Or controlled by someone else.
no subject
Not completely unheard of? But not common?
no subject
Not common but not completely unheard of. It's considered a sleep disorder also called somnambulism. You walk, you do things, you even talk sometimes but you're not aware you're doing it.
no subject
[And she strongly dislikes it. This did not happen to her before she came here, and she would rather it had stayed that way.]
But if it is not common, we did not all have somnambulism last night.
no subject
Maybe. But in this place it's hard to tell, there are many uncommon things going on.

You didn't move, something or someone else moved you. It happened to all of us. It's happened to some of us before, in certain buildings.
Doesn't make you not a person. You think, therefore you are, Ecks.
@Ecks, permatext
It is important that I can choose. It has become very important to me.
