day 386
[ Steph hasn't done a ton of exploring in the bunker. She's still on a kick of taking care of herself first and worrying about things other people are already working on second. At least she already has a micro-filter mask, even if the electronic component doesn't work. ]

[She looks away from Steph and back to the screwdriver she's holding.] I was just thinking...that there was something here we were supposed to use them for. Like...a puzzle.
[Her voice falls a little as she explains. Norfinbury and the Decision Game are similar in a lot of ways, but Norfinbury was a real town, unlike the underground shelter that Zero controlled.] Sorry, that probably sounds crazy.
no subject
In Norfinbury, though, they're more likely to be useful somewhere else. All about the fetch-quests, right?

[Her expression changes, worried as she turns the explanation over in her head. She ultimately dodges the details.] ...we didn't have something if we weren't supposed to use it, you know? And this town does have a lot of weird security measures...
no subject
Probably we should take one of each size and hold onto them. I wouldn't mind the chance to dismantle some of the equipment around here...
no subject
She chuckles a little at herself, flicking her nail across the head of the screwdriver.] That would be pretty convenient, huh? [Too convenient.]

Her eyebrows furrow a little.] Well, I guess it didn't always snow here like this before... [But it's still Alaska, so it probably snowed a lot anyway, right...? For some reason the climate of Alaska wasn't a priority in her middle school geography classes.]
no subject
But they may also have had a climate controlled factory somewhere, I mean, it's not like we've seen the whole town yet.
