call me crazy but i almost find that comforting
if there's a """purpose""" then that opens up a whole exciting bucket of implications
just dealing w/ surviving and getting out is enough for me thank u

sounds good to me. although

Yeah, you'd think so, but apparently these places keep getting restocked? It's the weirdest thing.
I have no idea how food gets moved around. It's not like any supply trucks could get through the snow around the town.
The ghosts could be doing it for all I know, idk.

[WHY DID SHE EVER START JOKING ABOUT SPOOPY GHOSTS. THIS IS BULLSHIT. Her options are:
1. Stay inside the big red murderhouse while browsing the network, and jump at every imagined noise,
2. Go outside to the caverns, jump at every imagined noise, and also turn into an icicle.
She compromises by sitting by the door, where she has her back to a wall and can bolt if anything does happen.]

that's
that doesn't make s

have u considered the possibility that this is some fucked up shared nightmare/dream? just saying.

I don't think I've ever seen that theory thrown around.
Kind of weird to mass hallucinate an abandoned snowed-in town, of all places, but it does a pretty good job of being nightmarish, I guess.
So, what, are you thinking magic or something more Inception/Matrix style?

idk its just
all this about shadows and shit appearing when you look for it
lockdown at night = primal human fear of the dark?
feels dream-logicky to me

both? either? i mean you know how that phrase goes, eventually technology is basically magic. dream space magic.

Might also explain some of the houses around here.
I stayed in a place where the only intact room was painted completely blood red from top to bottom.
One of the buildings around here has math problems and formulas scrawled all over the walls.
I've also heard of another one that's completely decked out with clowns.
Creepy stuff.
