They've tried pulling the knives out of the walls--out of her hands. It's like the room where Winter died, though; they're too deep for a human to have the strength to remove them.

The alternative is mutilating her body further...but I don't know that it's worse than leaving her there.

What about burning it? It's a valid funerary practice, even if it is a little... dark... with her hanging off a wall.

I don't think they've tried, no. Whatever her body was made of, it hasn't decomposed in however many centuries since she was killed. It's worth a try, though; I don't think there's much more to be found in that church and I for one would be fine with burning the entire thing down.

I can't tell you how long I've been waiting for a chance to burn something around here. Mostly because I'm having trouble keeping track of time.

It'll need to get really hot, though. I wonder if we have the stuff to make thermite.
