Whatever gets me out of here fastest, I'm open to. What's a little free-fall in a dream, am I right? Might even start flying!

[ He likes the flying dreams, yes he does. The falling dreams, much less. He'll still talk himself up, of course, but he's not looking forward to any pit-diving.

[ Well, the denial is clearly strong with this one. Squalo considers for a moment, then tries to punch his new companion in the ribs. Less of a punch and more of a firendly jab really, since despite the enhancement, the guy sort of looks like he'd start rolling on the ground screaming if anyone did punch him properly, and Squalo's not interested in property damage for now. ]

[ Rhys feels his skin breaking, his organs rupturing, his torso filling with blood and bile and



none of that is actually happening, of course. Squalo didn't even hit him terribly hard. This doesn't stop Rhys from feeling like it is, because it doesn't even take a proper punch to bring out the Peak Whine. ]

[ Squalo watches him flatly. A prime example of an adventurer in frozen hell tundra, clearly. And he thought the Protagonist Teenagers were bad. He gives Rhys one of those obviously-fake-friendly pats on the shoulder. ]
