I wish there was more I could do. We came all this way to explore the new area, and I can't move at faster than a snail's pace.

[ Still slow progress though. And really, he knows they need to be on top of things. There's only so much time left. They all know that. Zack lets out a slow breath. ]

Kunsel found another house at least. He decided to set out by himself with one of the tents.

[ Not that he feels crazy about him being all the way out there in the middle of no where without them. Especially not tonight. But he'd made his choice and he'd made a point. The tent could only fit one.

Only the places that are mapped out already. I'm not eager to wander out into the snow and die pointlessly. It's infuriating.

It was a while back now. It was in one of the houses. [ Long enough back though, he can't really place where as he frowns at the thought... ]

Haven't seen any in a while though. Guess the townsfolk weren't much for the outdoors though considering the snow, I guess you can't really blame them. I know I wouldn't'a ever gone outta my way to go camping around here.

In Alaska, I can't imagine most people would. I think the snow does go away in the summer, though. I'm not sure it ever gets hot.

I wouldn't know. First time I've ever been to Alaska, after all, never mind Earth.

But if it's anything like the Northern Continent back on Gaia... I doubt it.

Parts of it are like that, I think? But that sounds a little farther north.

So, you're saying summer might eventually hit here, too?

But... when does summer even hit here? You use the same months, right? June, July, August... Is that when?

It should be, yeah. I'd expect the snow to melt maybe in like, April, I guess?

Then, we're still a ways off, aren't we.

[ Which sounds... great. As in not really at all. And this is, of course, being ever so hopeful that it will even warm up that much. ]
