Then that means you've already made a decision and a choice without anybody telling you what to do.

[ By his logic continuing to lend his aid in whatever ways he could was just following his vaguer directives about protecting Creation, but when Royce puts it that way it does sound like more. ]

You made the choice between doing nothing, and doing something. That counts. [ The distinction is important, especially from an ex-slave, of sorts. ]
