Besides being, like, smart and beautiful and charming and funny and, like, a total butt-kicker, what's really important is that you're always here to help people! I think even if you're just putting guides together, it's like, super useful to have those resources, right? And you're always like, the first to greet new people every time they arrive. That's really important.

It is! I think if you weren't around to do those things, people would feel way more lost from the get-go. And that's awful and sad!

It can be. You know what I like to do sometimes? I like to write encouraging notes to myself. At least, I did that at home and put them around my office. Maybe you should try that!
