[Children are mean. Like, super cute, but also super mean. But...wait. Wait.]

I'm not prostituting myself...wouldn't that mean I got paid?

If sex is how you see your worth, then you should definitely not value your services as worthless.

[In other words, yes.]

What kind of things would you ask for?

[If you were a prostitute.]

I've never, like, been very good at pricing.
howdull: (deduce] deep thinker)

I've never had occasion to hire the services of a prostitute or prostitute myself, but the key is to know your economy. Money is useless here, resources are precious, you need to decide what each service is worth to you.
lacecase: (Ummmmm sure.)

Wow...that's a lot to think about.

[Well, it isn't, really. At least not for probably anyone else.]

I just, like, feel bad taking things from people, even if it's not unfair to ask for things in return. I'd rather get hurt having things taken from me instead.
howdull: (confusion] asking)

Don't be an idiot, you're not stealing from anyone if a barter system is in place. Providing a service for goods or other services is a perfectly legitimate business model.

[ooc: Sorry for the wait, I've been on holiday without internet for a few days.]

But what if I get business relationship confused with relationship relationship?

[These are important questions that Sherlock is clearly the one equipped to answer.]
howdull: (confusion] bwuh?)

Then you're a terrible prostitute.

[Seriously! It's the first rule of soliciting, not to get emotionally involved.]
