Some crazy man cuffed up in one of the bathrooms down in the aquarium. Most of the others I ran into had glowin' eyes.

Crazy said he had friends, though. So I guess there's enough of them. I think they're jus' runnin' wild like sick animals.

And yeah he has "friends" so to speak. I've seen and heard plenty already. Do sick animals normally try to kill each other?
