Right, you'd think. [He considers telling Alfie about the pills he's got, but tonight seems like a bad time for that. Maybe in a roundabout fashion? Alfie might see through it. It's a risk. But he's already on the run from half the town, why not more?]

A lot of people probably have some of those pills by now, though. I've seen it mentioned. So is this mostly because he's an asshole?
