termineur: (Whatcha gonna do?)

Pretty sure you've got nanomachines to thank for it, actually.

[ He emphasizes this with an eyeroll. ]

But- glad you're feeling 'inspired'. Is it that simple wonder you had when you were a kid? No real knowledge as to why you felt certain ways, you just did? Maybe you all just need to wear yourselves out, and we can get back to normal after the nap.

[ He should be asking more questions, but geez. As much as he liked the flowery language, Anderson laid it on thick. ]

Well, that's nicer than just asking me to keel over and die already, I'll give it that.

[ That smirk's back again, though.... ]

But no, I'm not going quite yet. And definitely not to a self-professed terrible fighter. Why don't you tell me who these 'giants' are, the ones that we're specks next to? I want to know who it is I'm missing, here.

[ All right, that's enough of that. Sylar heaves an over-dramatic sigh. ]

I have an idea, but I thought I'd give you a chance to inform the 'heathen'. But no? I'm fine with that, too.

Maybe I was just holding off the inevitable, anyway. If I tell you to leave- to let us go our separate ways and no harm's going to come to you- how well is that going to fly?

[ And Sylar looks back at him with a smug smirk. ]

Ooo, vermin. That's a new one.

But- nope. You leave first, buddy. I'll just be standing here.

[ And watching. Watching closely, with his creepy glowing eyes. ]

termineur: (I'll stop you)

I'd be pretty stupid if I didn't.

But okay, let me try to appeal to whatever's still rational in you. You were a bad fighter back home? I wasn't.

[ He stands taller. His voice lowers to a deep rumble. His stare changes, from cautiousness to the sharpness of a predator. He looks comfortable like this. ]

It's not my first fight to the death, kiddo. I've lived through way worse than you, and if you attack me, you will die.

[ It's a bluff...he thinks. He'll see how this falls. ]

So my suggestion? You should leave. Make it easier on yourself. Find some easier prey. Maybe you can gang up on me later, right?

[ While Andersen looks very unhappy, Sylar is smirking. He responds to the last sentence with an actual laugh. ]

I agree. Gotta keep it interesting, right?

[ He considers, for a moment, just going whole hog and attacking everyone with prophet eyes. Let them see how it feels. But he drops the idea just as quick. It wouldn't accomplish anything, really. ]

See you around, short stack.

[ And no, he's still not moving. He plans on watching Andersen leave very carefully, then heading the other direction. ]
