I'm pretty sure half the reason he keeps me around is because I tell him he's amazing on a regular basis. [Even if he also calls him an idiot.] I'm relatively close, but I have to get food.

If he gets punched, it'll be on his head. A word to the wise: He knows how to defend himself when he needs to.

I'm joking, Angel. It was for an experiment on a case. He was wrong about the sugar, anyway.

There's a story here that demands to be told. Unless you want me to make The Face, anyway. Wrong about the sugar??

We were on a case out in the countryside, working for a man named Henry Knight. His father had been killed out on the moor when he was just a kid by a massive hound, and Henry was being plagued by it, too. Local legend around those parts. There was a military research facility in the area called Baskerville and people supposed that maybe one of the genetically modified animals had gotten loose and was attacking people.

Sherlock and I sort of broke into the facility to have a look around. No giant dogs, but we did find a rabbit a little girl had messaged Sherlock about helping her find. Anyway, we got out of there, barely, and met with Mr. Knight, had some coffee and went to a place called Dewer's Hollow. It's where Mr. Knight's father had been killed.

Long story short there, Sherlock and Henry saw the hound, I didn't. Sherlock was trying to figure out why and supposed it was some sort of hallucinogenic thing. [He's skipping over a lot here, but the background it's all just lead up.]

But what was different? Why hadn't I seen it? I don't take sugar in my coffee, Sherlock and Henry do. The git decided he'd give me some of the sugar without mentioning what he was doing. We go back to Baskerville to have another look and talk with the bloke in charge, this time not breaking in. Sherlock had them trap me in one of the rooms, and ran his little experiment to see if he could get me to hallucinate the hound after dosing me.

Well, I saw the hound. Turned out it was from some pipes that were leaking hallucinogenic gas in the facility, though. Not the sugar. Sherlock just about had a conniption when he couldn't sort that out straight away.

...when I said you must apologise for him a lot, clearly I should have said almost constantly. :TTTT That is SUCH a d*ck move!! Geez.
I suppose he must keep things interesting, though. Assuming this kinda thing happens often. You should write books.

I had a blog back home where I wrote about our cases. He didn't like the titles I gave them.

I was not wrong. I hypothesised that the sightings were due to a drug, likely hallucinogenic in nature, probably stimulated by stress. I was right.
