I found one of those SD cards things I think. It has a video on it of the house I woke up in, with actual people in it.

Was there snow in the video you saw on it? And this makes me wonder even more what happened to the people that were here.

I couldn't tell, it was just the kitchen, they didn't look outside. There was an old woman taking the video and a man and a women arguing in the background about something.

Fascinating. It at least goes to show there were people that lived here. It's more convincing evidence aside from finding their belongings. Or, rather, what's left of their belongings.

Exactly. Though I find the lack of electricity and technology a bit disturbing. Among other things. This place certainly is a mystery, and I do love a good mystery to unravel.

I'm more confused by the lack of radiation. I haven't picked up any yet.

Why would there be radiation? I see no evidence to suggest nuclear fallout.

The last place I was without trace amounts of radiation was a virtual reality simulation. I'm sure there must be places in the world without much of it but I don't know how they could have dragged me there in one night without me noticing.

Well yes, there's always some amount of background radiation depending upon location and altitude. There are ways to transport people without their knowing, but I know for a fact I did not touch any such object that would have caused me to end up here.
