I understand a "zombie" is a human corpse that rises from the dead to feast on the flesh of the living. And they are often said to have infectious bites that turn OTHERS into zombies, which doesn't sound cool at all! O_O;;;;
Whereas cybernetics are typically synthetic enhancements or additions to a human body like robotic limbs, neural implants or ports. Less about eating brains, lol!

Cybernetic enhancements are really expensive (the good ones, anyway) so I'm not sure why anyone would bother to put them in a corpse （●´･△･｀） It would be much easier to create a digistructed robot army from scratch if you were using them for offensive purposes.
