[Magenta is hardly focused on comfort at this point, his own frustration growing as he is plainly ignored (or so he sees it) by the one person who shouldn't doubt him, who never doubts him. Enoch is smart. Logically, Magenta knows that this is beyond anyone's control, but his voice rises against his will.]
C'mon. It can't be hard.

[ Wilson's somewhat familiar with drastic measures and the situations that call for them. If that's what it takes for Enoch, he's not going to argue. Especially since there's not really a wall to run through, unless he goes the wrong way. ]
Just try it.
[ Maybe the shock of it will snap him back to reality. ]

[Enoch weakly laughs at himself. Magenta's irritation reminds him of his conversation with Squalo.]
You aren't the only ones here to see nothing where others do. The unmarked, the victims, they don't see our doors. I've tried, wanted there to be nothing...
[He gets himself to his feet, staggering a little.]

[Magenta takes a breath, steadying his voice to be a more faithful approximation of Wilson's calming tone.]
Walk towards me so I don't have'ta drag you out myself.

[ This is sort of a strange play on the whole good cop, bad cop thing, but it seems to be working somewhat. ]
Just keep walking towards us.

[It's laced with frustration and fear. He's trapped here. He's trapped and now more people are trapped and Miller's going to do something to them, too and none of them can stop it.]
He likely only brought you here to toy with us all. Another variable for his tests.
[This explicitly is not the case, but neither of them have said anything of the sort. In fact, they said they had no idea how they'd gotten there and that nobody brought them - that says to him more of Miller's involvement. The admin, after all, has always intervened directly. He shuffles forward until his head leans into the barrier he perceives between himself and the newcomers.]
You can't see or feel it. This is a barrier. It's hard and cold, like glass. I-
[He unzips part of the top of his jumpsuit, just enough to pull one side of the neckline down to expose his shoulder, bruised badly from repeated impact.]
-I threw myself into it trying to escape.

L-listen, I can tell you for a fact that there's nothin' there. Jesus, would I lie to you?
[...He pauses, staring firmly at the hat.]
Fuck that, but would James lie to you? He's a doctor. I'm not lyin', though. Do I need to come in there and drag you out kickin'n'screamin'?
no subject
Why would either of us lie to you? We have nothing to gain from this that I can see. [ A pause. ] Well, other than getting you out safely.
And dragging you out isn't ideal, but if you won't leave any other way...
no subject
I'm not saying you're lying. I'm saying- we have different truths. Whatever Miller has done to us has...I'm not sure. Partially separated us in time or versions of Norfinbury? There was a time when we perceived the town before it was destroyed as we traveled.
He's trying to make us fight each other again, somehow. He must be. That's the only reason I can think of he might separate us into three groups like this. Maybe he's trying to make us go mad again, by introducing more of you who see things differently still than the rest of us.
