I wonder, if you could take a look at this, and change it out for something cleaner--

[She doesn't have much that's strictly speaking clean, but cleaner she can manage. It's good thing she doesn't need to be a doctor to know how to change a bandage. She takes a piece of her already-shredded clothing and carefully tears it into a long strip.]
