[ It was heartening when she looked up to his eyes and Will was politely keeping his eyes on her chin and above! Reaching up, he was going to give her hair a small, fraternal tug but forgot his hands were mittens at the moment.

Instead, ignoring the spike of pain that shot up his arm, he gave her ear a playful poke. ]

You're welcome. [ He said simply. ] Are you going to be okay? Can I try to find anyone for you?

Yeah...I'll be fine. Okay as I can be.

[She holds up her good arm as if to flex it.]

I don't look like it, but I'm actually pretty tough, you know?

[Ginger gives her head a shake.]

Thank you, but I'll walk around in a moment. I already know a few of my other friends are here. What about you?

[ He chuckled softly at the arm flexing but didn't say anything to dispute Ginger's claim. Mostly because he knew she was right. She was pretty damn tough.

Rolling to his knees, Will had to take a moment and balance himself as he pushed up to his feet. You never appreciated just how much you used your hands to get up and down, until you couldn't use them. ]

Oh, while I'd rather not, I imagine I'll find someone. [ He said in a tired voice, though his smile was genuine when he glanced down at him. ]
