[It's been over a week since Lilly bolted from Kesara, during which time she's stayed entirely off of the network. But she's had a chance to calm down, and so this morning, she's decided she wants to make something very clear.

The tablet is lying flat and facing up, giving everyone a very nice view of the ceiling and no view at all of Lilly. This seems to be more by chance than by purposeful choice, though - she's clearly close by, judging by her voice, and every so often she'll lean into view and give everyone a brief shot of her arm or hair. She, like so many other people, is covered in a mysterious pattern of red lines.

Before starting, she takes a deep breath. This is going to involve more talking than she usually likes to do, but she really wants to get her point across.]

Stay away. Don'wanna go wif you. Don'wanna go wif-- anybody. Stay away.

[What a friendly child she is.]

Don'touch don'grab don'take DON'T. Don'like it. I don't. Like. It. Too many too loud too hard hate it.

[She finishes with an irritable snarl, then bats the tablet away, sending it spinning dizzyingly across the floor. Its films the ceiling and distant sounds of scrabbling for a few minutes before cutting out on its own.]

[The heat waves are confusing - she frowns a little, putting her finger over the image of them on her tablet.]

*He considers for a few moments, then draws a showerhead spraying out water followed by a little fire.*

[She gives the drawing a startled look. It spews out fire? Welp. She's going to stay away from that. Her own paper gets a frowny face added to it.]

*He's not really sure why hot water is bad but whatever. People might still hang out there so it might be best to avoid it.

Hm. From her other conversations she knows to get food from the school...what else?


He draws a little building with a window and a door. He colors the sky in dark and puts an X over the door. Then draws another building, leaves the sky light and shows the door open. Lockdown.*

[Nod, nod, nod. Yup, she knows about the doors not opening sometimes. She points to the sky in the picture, though, and shakes her head.]

Light awwda time.

[Or not really all the time, but more often than she's used to, anyway. Arctic summers and midnight sunsets aren't something she has a lot of experience with.]

*It is light a lot longer than when they're allowed outside...He draws a tablet with an (analog) clock on it and an exclamation mark. The tablet alerts for lockdown, after all.*

[Guess who has no experience with clocks, surprise surprise.]

*He tries drawing a digital clock. Maybe that makes more sense?*

[Nope. She'll draw it back for him, though, adding a few extra squiggles and lines just for fun.]

*Oh, are they just drawing stuff now? That's cool.

He starts adding trees. Trees are cool.*

Woods.

[She says, satisfied. Looks like she agrees!]

*He gives the camera a thumbs up and resumes drawing trees. This time they're evergreens.*

Good!

[She taps excitedly at the screen with a finger. Those trees! She knows those trees.]

Do more!

*He does! Its practically a forest by now.*

[Brian is the best. She'll happily draw with him - and direct him in what to draw - for a good while longer.]

*He'll comply to her suggestions. And, just in case she doesn't add it, will draw in a mass of black squiggles for her. And a tall faceless man for him.*
