If the calendar here is accurate, I'm from over four thousand years in the future. We've colonized space and travel between star systems is quite common. I work shipping cargo.

When humanity searched for other life in the cosmos the only beings that responded were the creatures called the Gnosis. Unfortunately they are hostile.
[A thoughtful pause.]
You've been here before so you must know about the anomalies, right? They're a lot like the Gnosis.

They hate humanity but they also seem to be driven by a primal fear. It's like they want something humanity has that they lack.
It seems like the anomalies are similar to them in that way...

With it, people are able to create a sort of sensory intersection with the dimension of the Gnosis.
I'm not so sure how we'd replicate it here.

Even if a person has regrets, erasing your past means erasing the events that have shaped you.
