[network] @magenta2; voice - morning 286 [open]
Mm, so, is anyone else here from a very long time ago?
[Magenta apparently decides to leave it at that for a couple minutes, before returning to elaborate on the question with a carefully maintained tone of carelessness to his voice. It's a far cry from what he actually sounds like when he's excited or happy, but to the casual listener, it's probably close enough.]
I mean--you know. I think we're s'posed to be in...twenty-one-and-something, I can't remember the exacts, but is anyone here from long before now? A few folks I've talked to have mentioned they're from twenty-something, early twenty-something, but I don't know about all of y'all.
[A pause.]
I'm from 1891, and I reckon it's all a little new to everyone, but it sure seems like y'all have an easier time of gettin' used to things! Computers, and the nan...nan--nanomachines, and whatever else. I don't really know much about any of it, and I'm not that smart to begin with! It's all past me, and I'm sorry for not bein' much help. I guess what I'm meanin' to ask is how everyone deals with figurin' stuff out from the future.
He~ey, though, while we're on it: tell me about the future! I've heard the airplanes are marvelous. I'm very interested in all of it, even if I can't quite get it.

hard to know because i was from the future even before i existed on earth
i was born in 2009 then time got sent back to 1995
but theres like billions of ghosts in the future
more than anyone could ever count
its a fact of unlife
and anyway obama is the savior of the economy and the one true rap king of the universe
his campaign hinged on delivering incisive political commentary through sick rhymes
and when youve got beats that catchy paired with innovative proposals for new governmental policies youre basically a shoe in

[minute-long pause for Math.]
15 years! fucking crazy
anyways your president sounds cool. mine is also pretty alright on polisies and forein affairs (a joke because he was having many actual affairs) but hes also insane so it depends on how you look at things. he paid alright so i couldnt complain too much but holy christ was he weird
no subject
meteors and space portals were involved
also im a time traveler so jot that down
but do you seriously mean to tell me president funny valentine wasnt a straightlaced no nonsense type
im in shock dude
you have to drop these bombshells a little slower
no subject
and he sure looks that way but hes positively crazy
he was obsesed with this corpse. this really old gross corpse that he thought would help him be powerful or some shit like that i wasnt really paying attention to the why of it all. very carismatic though for sure he had a lot of power to him . very sexy. but absolutely insane
no subject
exactly how much bullshit are you peddling me right now
ive been half trolling
are you trolling
or are you seriously telling me corpselover mcgee doesnt hit your nope button
no subject
and he DOES but not strictly because of the corpse thing but anyways its objective. hes hot in the objective way and you havent met him i take it so who are you to say
no subject
no
no on several levels
i took all these nos and built myself a skyscraper out of them with a foundation so solid the san andreas fault couldnt crack it
no subject
portraits and photos cant do him justice
no subject
im not into dudes and even if i was the corpse obsession is instant poison to any attractive qualities he could have
they are incompatible from the ground up
no subject
[The second half is technically not a lie, but the first is pathetically obvious.]
and its gross so ill give you that. its just the one corpse though he doesnt really make a habit out of that shit its just a very special one
no subject
the point stands
your taste is shit
and your edition of america is hella fucked up for electing him
no subject
the fact that he needed someone like me on the regular is pretty fucked up in the first place and while hot and ocasionaly nice hes also terifying and awful and it doesnt really balance out
no subject
you want to elaborate on that one
no subject
not for fun i gotta clarify. i have hobbys and shit i just am very good at it and make a lot of money that way
no subject
ok
at least you recognize president carcasslover has issues for needing that
how does a dude like that get elected in the first place
arent there like
laws or something
or is the 1800s just complete nonsense in your edition of the universe

its a crying shame beckett how come the rest of yall havent come around to inventing space saving inventories like that
carrying all this junk around manually sucks ass

[HE'S NOT EVEN SORRY]
But to be perfectly honest, I believe your world does take the cake, so to speak, when it comes to strangeness, even without teleporting presidents. Really, you don't need to make up anything. It's all right there.
no subject
but if we can stop pondering missing asses for a minute then no shit my worlds weird enough
but whats the point of being straightforward when the trolling opportunity is also right there
i gotta find my entertainment somehow in this town

ive called him on it
offered to start a support group
teased him relentlessly when that didnt work
but the troll loves his smut
he says hes in it for the romance but im onto him
theres no romance when the titles include phrases like slammed in the butt

Or wait. Maybe I don't want to know.
