[This is an incredibly embarrassing post to have to make, especially after the one he'd put out a few days earlier. Reading through those replies makes him want to curl up and hide from the world for people seeing what he'd been like straight out of the Army. The messages to his friends are a particular humiliation. But it is what it is and he has to deal with this now. Man up, Watson.]

I'd like to apologize to everyone for my attitude and behavior the last several days. My death price has ended and my memories have returned. I can't take back the things I said to any of you, but I'm really very sorry. I was in a bit of a bad place where I was set at.

For anyone who was asking me, I'm in the Entrance area with America, England, and Ginger.

I'm also sorry to report that the cause for Clint Barton's death was the Joker. He mortally wounded Clint, but I'm pretty sure Clint was able to escape the situation along with Harley Quinn. Clint was able to mortally wound the Joker, as well. I'm not sure where the Joker is right now, but please be on your absolute guard. He is well-armed and he'll have been healed up after his revival, even if he might still have severe MN Poisoning.

Action for Team Blonde
[Prior to sending out the message, John is rummaging around the new building they'd made it to for the night. He thinks he's getting the hang of this and he's relaxed a little more around his companions since they've not attacked him suddenly or stolen from him for several consecutive days.

He opens a cabinet in the kitchen and discovers a bottle of white wine, which is surprising, but not unwelcome when everything returns to him in a flash. It's like someone turning on the lights, full power when he's been completely in dark. It hurts.

John squeezes his eyes shut as the swirl of memories pours in, mixing, jumbling, resorting into the proper order and finally stopping when everything is settled. He's clutching his head, breathing hard. One memory in particular sticks out, though, the last one he'd had before dying...]

Fuck!

[Hope the rest of the house doesn't mind swearing.]

Dr. Strange and I coordinate when we need to. You probably just want to let him know about it. [John grits his teeth.] But thank you for the information. I'm in touch with Alfie and Royce.

I've told Royce to be on his guard around you, just in case.

Rude. But sure. I just talked to him about my first victim, so it's not like it's anything he doesn't know.

Besides, even with depression, I don't think he'd know how to stop being on guard.

Because it sounds like that victim's brain got picked up by someone in the industrial area. It was in a package with a hollowed-out watch, so I figured it was 'for' me.

Royce was asking me if I had a doll here. That's the only similar thing I've heard of, so far.

[That is horrifying, and John makes a face.]

Lovely. Good to know the Admin's keeping your interests in mind.

Honestly, I think she does this sort of thing to mock us.

The gutting any electronics certainly seems like it. Might not be her doing it directly, though. You were around when a group of us were dragged off to perform repairs, weren't you?

[Why is he actually engaging in conversation with Sylar? He should hang up.]

[ Sylar doesn't know why John's talking to him either, but he'll take it. ]

I wasn't, but I've heard about it. Sounded like a lot of our electronics ends up getting stuffed down there. The watches have been gutted too- but only the ones from here. Mine's still intact. A bit strange, right?

[That is strangely selective.]

They left my mobile alone, as well. Not that I can do much with it. Lost the charge months ago. I'll ask Sherlock what he makes of it.

That's really strange. I'm really curious about the criteria now.

That also makes me wonder if anyone could wire anything up with your phone, if they could connect power from the tablet parts or something in order to get some recordings- or even communication- that aren't on the Admin system. It's probably too much for me, considering how far in the future the tablet tech is. But I don't know, maybe it'd be possible?

We'd have to actually get into the tablets for that. They tried that when I first arrived. Not really keen on repeating the experience.

Didn't go well, I take it? All right, guess that's out. At least we'll know we have some smaller electronic parts, just in case we actually manage to hit a point where that might help.

And as far as small mechanical devices- timers, small systems, that kind of thing- I am pretty set to rig something up. No idea if something like that will ever come up, but you never know here.

I'll keep that in mind, but might try a few other options first, shall I?

Of course. But I figure it's good to know all of our strengths for when we're inevitably in an emergency situation.

Actually, that might be a good thing to organize sometime, like Stephen's census. A chart of what everyone can do, so people can reach out and contact the necessary person when they need help with something. Wish I'd thought of that before- it might be too late in the game to set up now.

[He dislikes the fact that that is actually a very good idea.]

Never too late to start. I've offered my medical skills on Alfie's exchange, and Al does have the doctors and a few other people listed in the Guide. But we could probably expand it. Maybe you want to check that with him?

Yeah, I'll do that. We could put together something more comprehensive together. Maybe it'll make solving the puzzles on the last stretch of this a little easier.
