[This is only the second time that Bucky has ever addressed the network as a whole, and he's just as reluctant this time as he was last time. It digs at the paranoia in his head, putting things about himself out there for just anyone to see, but after what happened last night... There's probably nobody better qualified to talk to the people who were prophet eyed, even if that wasn't him.]
Being controlled to kill makes it not your fault.
[That's a hard thing to accept, though. He knows, he really does.]
Separate your identity from the identity of whoever used your body last night. Recognise you can be dangerous and take precautions, but don't shut down. If you do, they win.
[He knows that he doesn't exactly spell out that he has experience in it, but this amount of implication is the best he can offer. And that's all he can say about it. He hangs up and goes to check on the people he is with in person.]

there's no separating
this is bullshit, who wins?
this doesn't make any sense
no subject
In your right mind, do you want to kill anyone? If the answer is no, it's not your fault.

He's been avoiding everybody all day. Provided they don't move houses, Clint just curls up on one of the mattresses after he's spoken to Natasha and doesn't move except to look at the tablet occasionally. ]

He sits down on the edge of the mattress and reaches out to put a hand on Clint's shoulder.]
Talk. I'll understand.
[About anything. About what he did, about how he feels now, about anything at all.]

Bucky will understand, at least, and she knows she won't even have to say anything, so she's relieved when she finds him.]
Bucky?

He's worried about Clint more than any of them, he seems like he's breaking.]

[ But he's always told himself the clones had a choice in what they did, and that means he had, too. ]
You sound like you have experience. What precautions do you recommend?
no subject
Find someone else who had the other eyes and stick with them, make sure they have the means to restrain you if necessary.

But it's Bucky. That carries more weight. Bucky would know about this kind of thing. He and Charlie have that in common now. Sort of. Is it the same? He's not sure. It's close enough.]
Thanks.
[Gonna take another page out of Bucky's book and stick to text. It's easier, and Bucky won't mind. Charlie still has to say the words out loud to his tablet, and that still sucks, but he is saying them for real, which shows that he means it even if the tablet isn't recording audio.]
I'm sorry.
private;
Don't apologise, it wasn't your fault.
[It's so important for him that they accept this, otherwise they condemn him for what the Soldier did.]

I was aware of something like this happening in my world, but it's another experience entirely to have it happen to you personally. Makes me regret certain actions a little more, maybe.
... Do you think it makes a difference how far you went?
private;
No, it makes no difference. No matter if you didn't hurt anyone, or you killed twenty people, it wasn't you doing it. There's no sliding scale of culpability, mind control is mind control.
