[ Pause, and then he shifts, pulling his hood up and letting his broomstick clatter noisily against the wall as he settles. ] I was just asking. Try not to be too defensive, Solomons.

[ Royce wishes Alfie could see the flat look he's giving him. Maybe it comes out in his tone. ]

What are you fishing for? [ Yeah, it definitely does come out in his tone. ]

I've been trying to get you to answer that very question.
