[The feed turns on to show off the walls and floor of a building. Whoever is showing the video don't speak at first, they just awkwardly hold the camera up to show what is clearly blood on the wall and nearby floor.

It's a little while before Greed speaks up.]

Has anyone else seen something like this before? It looks like... [Like a murder happened here.]

Something happened here, beyond the residents just abandoning the town.

[That's... it reminds him horribly of the night that they tried to bring their mother back. The video can't record disgust in his expression, of course, but it's pulsing through in his voice.]

Are there any bodies? Or just... just the blood?

There's no bodies.

[As far as he can tell, anyway. He doesn't exactly want to go looking.]

Does it look old? Or new?

[He hates to ask all this, it sounds callous to his own ears, but it's necessary.]

Old. It's probably been here for a while.

A couple weeks, maybe? Could be a little longer. It's not fresh, but it's not... ancient, either.

Do you think it was here before we got here?

[That's a worrying timeframe, as it's either right before, or right as, they arrived.]

Honestly, I can't tell.

[The bodies that Tim found didn't look like they had only been buried for a couple of weeks, but then again Greed doesn't know how any of them would be able to really tell that.

The idea of it being the blood of someone here isn't lost on anyone, either.

Surely someone would have announced had someone here attacked them.

...Unless they died and never woke up.]

[Al hates that all the clues they're finding are just piling more evidence towards a gruesome end for the original townsfolk.]

I don't think you should sleep there tonight, it might still be dangerous. Do you think you could stay away for one night and then make it up when you reach shelter tomorrow?

It's a little too late for that; I don't think there's enough time for me to move elsewhere before the doors shut.

I can go one night without sleep, it's not a big deal. I'm used to not needing sleep, anyway.

Good, I know it's not ideal, but stay on the alert tonight.

[He doesn't want to find Greed has died in the night.]

[It's a stern, almost motherly sort of order. Now they're going to be allied, Al is going to extend his umbrella of worry to Greed too.

And before there can be any potential argument about the need to worry, Al will hang up at his end. He'll be keeping an eye on you!]
