The hospital is a good place to find things. I found things there. It is a large building in the ice tunnels, but it is buried. It can be accessed through a door in its roof.

An electrician works with electricity?

[Is he being made fun of? Better to answer as if it were a real question, he doesn't know what sort of people are here and there's always the chance this person really doesn't know.]

Yes. Also things that are powered by electricity.

[That's not strictly speaking what he wants the tools for, but he doesn't need to reveal that in order to collect the tools he wants.]

How large is the hospital?

[She honestly doesn't know; she just recognized the root word from House's science lectures. The answer is satisfying, and she files away the expanded definition.]

The hospital has four floors and a basement. The basement is a bad place.

[personal profile] advanced 2016-05-13 04:02 pm (UTC)(link)
How is it a bad place?

[If one floor of the hospital is bad, most likely all of it is bad. But there's always the possibility that the upper floors were run as a genuine hospital as a front for whatever happened in the basement.]

That is where the bodies are.

[personal profile] advanced 2016-05-17 03:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Bodies of who? How many? How were they killed?

[Those are the most important questions he can think of for now.]
ecks: (looking up)

[personal profile] ecks 2016-05-18 03:34 am (UTC)(link)
The bodies of the people who have died here. They died different ways. Some were killed by the anomalies.

[He definitely has to see this, it sounds important. Dangerous too, but he can fight his way out of most situations if necessary. It's sounding more and more likely that the hospital is a front for something more sinister.]

The hospital have a lab in it too?
ecks: (expressive!)

[personal profile] ecks 2016-05-20 03:02 am (UTC)(link)
It has a place for cutting people open.

[personal profile] advanced 2016-05-20 01:59 pm (UTC)(link)
All hospitals do.

[Unless she means something other than a standard OR.]

[personal profile] ecks 2016-05-20 10:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Is that not what a lab is?
advanced: (unimpressed)

[personal profile] advanced 2016-05-21 07:43 pm (UTC)(link)
There's a difference between a lab and an OR.

[personal profile] ecks 2016-05-25 04:22 am (UTC)(link)
OR? What is an OR?
advanced: (watching)

[personal profile] advanced 2016-05-29 03:33 pm (UTC)(link)
An Operating Room. A place to perform surgery.
ecks: (thinkery)

[personal profile] ecks 2016-06-04 02:49 am (UTC)(link)
I don't understand. Most labs are places to perform surgery.

[He can't exactly refute her.]

Necessary medical surgery. Such as fixing a broken limb.

For helping people?

Usually.

Not always.
