[Bucky will have to dismantle one of the doors to see if he can find out how the locking mechanism works and disable it, he doesn't want to ever be trapped again.

[ It takes him longer to text back this time. It's never an easy thing to talk about, even after all the time that has passed. But with text? It makes it a little more manageable at least. ]

a friend of mine got a door slammed in his face. we tried everything to break it down but there's something about the houses here. I mean they look rickety as hell but when lockdown happens nothing can get out of them.

and nothing and no one can get in either. he froze to death.

[Bucky doesn't think either of those things will be an issue for him. He can survive extreme temperatures and he has, frequently, in the past. He's also pretty sure that his arm will be capable of breaking down any door.]
