[He has to pull up the piecemeal maps again to figure out where downtown is. Apparently connected to the tunnels, so potentially nearby depending where he is within the tunnels. It could be a trap or a lie, but he can't take that chance.]

He's a nice guy. Has military training, but uses it to help others.
Usually he takes lead apprehending any dangerous losers here.
