Day 104; @jwatson; text
If this is a joke, Mycroft, it's really not funny.
[Who else could pull something like this off? It's too elaborate. What Mycroft wants with him, he can't imagine, though. They haven't spoken since... well. Since.]
Hello, anyone else out there.
Dr. John Watson, here.
Sorry for the trouble, but it looks like the end of days outside.
Is there anyone named Alphonse Elric, Stephanie Brown, Freya Crescent, Greed, Edward Elric, Sheena Fujibayashi, or Zelos Wilder still here?
Found your notes about travel.
Doesn't really look like a good time for it, though.
[One of those names looks vaguely familiar, but he can't place it.]
@jphawkins, text
Al, Ed, Stephanie and Sheena are still … here, as far as I know, but that note's gotta be too old to be of a lot of use.
Any other landmarks that aren't 'a lot of snow' or 'an empty house that's falling apart,' doc? Once we figure out where you are, I've got a pretty decent map.
no subject
It must be ten below out there.
Giant ice wall to the east or west.
Not really sure if it's sunset or sunrise at the moment. Or high noon for that matter.
What's wrong with the date and time on these tablets?
Looks like there's some sort of slope off in the distance, too.
Goes up the wall.
Nice hill for sledding.

Thanks very much for that, Ms. Lockhart!
I'll have to take a bit to look through all of it, but there's a bit here that says something about 'hallucinations.'
I don't suppose the name Baskerville means anything to you?

It's never a good time for travel here, though some times are worse than others. You'll get used to it.
no subject
I've got pockets and rations.
Suppose that's something.
Looks like someone already went after the stuffing in the sofa here. Could do with taking some of that for the insulation.
Is it always like this, then?
There's a wall of ice about the size of a glacier out the window.
Here's me without my grappling hook.

Hello! My name's Quark! So you're a doctor too? That's really cool! There are a couple other ones around around here, but I'm not one of them. [No way.] I don't know who Mycroft is but I'm sorry you woke up here, too, even though it's really nice to meet you.
video
Hullo, Quark! I am a doctor - field medic and trauma surgeon. Hopefully won't be needing those skills s'much here. I do GP work, too. Family medicine. [Clarifying for the child, right.] It's good to meet you, too. I have to say I'm a bit surprised, though. Not really sure what we've got in common to have the same person kidnap us.
[The boy sounds American, John's never seen him in his life, and that is quite the hat he's wearing.]

Nathan, knock it off, don't be a jerk to the new people.
Dr. Watson... Dr. John Watson, seriously? [Yeah, Steve was an Arthur Conan Doyle fan as a kid. He hasn't missed the 'Mycroft' thing, either.] ...Don't contact hjack69 or gravedigger for help, they're our resident murderers.
[Sigh.]
Welcome to Norfinbury, Dr. Watson. My name is Captain Steve Rogers. I see Tifa's already linked you to the survival guide, I do recommend you read that before you leave the building you're in. If you have any questions or need assistance I'll be happy to do what I can.
...And Merry Christmas.

But, surely, this can't be; Sherlock Holmes and John Watson are fictional, after all. Still, there's no reason not to be polite. Maybe he's a spy too; concealing their identities is something they can't really help, sometimes.]
Dr John Watson, as in - Sherlock Holmes' Dr John Watson? What an excellent pseudonym. [It makes Peggy long for her brother, a comfy chair by the fire and a steaming cup of tea. She wonders if she could find the same kind of small comforts with Steve, once they're out of here.]
Welcome to Norfinbury, Dr Watson. I'm Peggy. I've only been here a short while, but if you want any help, do let me know, and I'll try my best to answer any questions.
Oh! And Merry Christmas, Doctor.
video
Not a pseudonym, and please call me John. Pleasure to meet you Peggy. [There is that small connection - Sherlock. Perhaps? It seems unlikely anyone would be interested in him with the consulting detective dead, but it's worth a shot to see. There's also something else strange, though...] Happy Christmas to you, as well, but last I checked, it's mid-May. [Not that you'd know it from the weather here.]

Yeah. Someone sent me the survival guide.
I'll be heading for the convenience store, but not really sure what to do after that.

[ He knows they left these behind to track themselves and help find others, but they must have put them in every building by now! ]
Are you okay? I'm Ed Elric.
text
There's a note here from 'lelric' to a former resident who seems to be hiding.
That's Alphonse, I think the guide said?
Are you his brother?
I'm fine, thanks.
[He's not fine at all, but there's no need to go worrying anyone.]

[ Yay for text; he can't see how much that last part hurts. ]
And it never looks like a good time to travel around here.

Sorry to hear that about - [Mister or miss?] - Zelos.
Glad you're still here, though.
I'm starting to get the impression about the travel from everyone else.
You lot have a good survival guide going, though.
Thanks much for that!
I'll see what I can do about helping out, as well.

Day 104; @CaptSteveRogers; video
My name is Steve Rogers. I know this is frightening and disorienting for you, and I'm sorry.
You've been brought to Norfinbury, Alaska, in the United States of America, on the planet Earth. It's December 25; we think the year is sometime after 2050. We were brought from all over, different times, different universes entirely. We don't know how, or why, or by whom. We're trying to figure that out, and how to get out of here.
This town is very dangerous; please read the survival guide before you leave the building you're in. I'll attach it to this message.
If you have any questions or if there's anything I can do to help you, let me know, I'll do what I can.
[Attached is SurvivalGuide.doc.]

You're some kind of doctor, right? Is that how you'd like to be listed? Any other skills you'd like to offer?
And, uh. I don't think I ever got your name, sorry.
