I know. [He definitely sounds more serious now.] But if there's a chance that my remaining anonymous will help not draw attention to Zack, even just for a little bit when someone from our world first shows up, then isn't it worth it?

Anyway... [His tone lightens just a little.] Asking would imply that you'd hold out on bringing cookies for Zack, Zell, and Jim, too. You wouldn't be that cruel, would you?

Would it help if I told you no one's worried about it anymore? [He gets the reasoning, to an extent, gets the desire to protect those who are important to you, even if it's something as small as using a fake name.

Gotta wonder if you've seen his real puppy eyes, though. Not the ones he gives you that he thinks are puppy eyes, mind you. I'll agree with you about what those look like.
