Shiro, Ed, Al and I had him. It took us days to find him, too. Steve organized half the town to go bring him in after he killed Vriska.

Probably not right away. We have no leads on his location and we don't have the resources to search the entire town.

I'm sure he's figured out by now that killing everyone isn't going to get him what he wants.

It's not a great situation. Jack's psychology is backwards, but reasonably consistent. His last plan didn't work, so he'll have to try something new.
