[network] @Nocturne; Day 006, Afternoon ; Sonata [open]
[Forgive him, the piano is not quite in tune but Demyx has been holed up in the same place since the end of Day 003 simply because there is a piano here. Instead of speaking at first, he begins to play a simple sonata, nothing terribly complicated in its composition but unique all the same. It's taken him awhile to figure out which note is which and complicated chords are a bit beyond him, but face it - it's not his instrument and the basics are all people are going to get.]
It's really too bad I can't stay here for awhile longer, but I'm going to need food or supplies soon. All there is in this house is shelter and a piano.
[He sounds a little regretful, but he'll play the piano for a long time unless people complain otherwise. Consider it the gift of background music for the afternoon/evening. Expect a few mistakes here and there, he's just not nearly as skilled on it as he would be on his sitar.]

She's just happy he's been able to find something he enjoys. ]
For someone who doesn't know how to play it very well, what you played sounded nice to me.

I'm glad you're having fun.
[ She remembers how despondent he had been the first they they talked. So, she's truly glad that he's found something to take the edge off. ]

I can take requests if I know the song, mostly I make this stuff up.
[He grins and shrugs.] Same with my sitar really. I don't know this music you're talking about though.

[Like hell he's gonna sing on the damn network, though.]

[He's amused. Will Lea be good at it or not? Hard to tell with just a guess.]
Besides I can probably do your request better on a sitar.

My big musical debut~ Usually I only sing in the shower.
Don't worry, if I find a sitar I'll definitely save it for you. So far I haven't found anything even remotely musical, though. [He hefts something in his free hand then.] Found a big fluffy blanket, though, so all things considered I'm not really complaining.

But hearing the simple melody gets her to smile, even if it's a bit out of tune.]
You are a musician by trade?

[Unfortunately, Zelda's out and about searching the icy wasteland, as evidenced by the crunchcrunchcrunch of her boots in the snow. Stopping to play wouldn't be the best of ideas.]

[He sounds a little envious, but still pretty pleasant. He wishes he could have his sitar, but rules are rules - no weapons.]

[Though it's been drained of its magic, sadly. She would have also appreciated something a bit more practical, but she'll keep that thought to herself. She hasn't had a light conversation in quite some time.]
Should I come across a more portable instrument, you shall be the first to know.

@bancroft | voice;
I don't believe a piano is a terrible find.
[Properly tuned or not, the piano is a welcome sound in the quiet.]

I've always enjoyed the piano, since I was a little girl.
