The post starts with first person video of someone walking through the halls of the hospital. Nothing particularly interesting happens, but there is frequent tearing in the bottom third of the picture. It stays with this for about a minute, then cuts to a view of a wall. Under a reception sign the following message is written in black crayon.*

He could understand a lot of what they said, but it just wasn't the right way to communicate. Just be glad he doesn't think he should be teaching them how to do it.*

It might also not be in the hospital at all. Its importance might mean that it is held in its own facility. Have you looked in the morgue?

Likely in the vents. A small spider-like creature, or machine, I suppose, was seen when a medical emergency was reported, and it ran into the nearest vent when exposed. From @ADMIN's description, this is likely one of them.

*They're much too small. And he's seen that video of what happened when House tried to shove Dumpy in them. If he could see them he could follow them, but they're all in the walls and he doubts they'd be able to break downs down.
And if the spider-things go between houses with the vents...maybe that 'its underground' theory had a good basis after all. Hm.*
