Considering the nature of the last message it's possible that we may stop to see each other or to be able to take pictures of other people, it's hard to tell. If you're in a group I suggest you to test yourself if you can still be seen in the network asking others to check now and then.
It could also be useful to keep an active database of the current residents's movements so at night you could check it to see if you're really alone or not.

ONe of the big questions would be: Why were they sharing so many pictures of the area? Were they mapping the city or what? And on a second note: anyone knows where the post office is? If, as @standardissue said, someone from the previous group is still here our priority should be to try to find whoever that person is. If it's still visible to us or our devices.
And considering the current group has been around for a while now, visiting most of the area according to @Spoilers's map, we probably have to look where we had no access until now.

I am curious about the post office and unexplored areas as well.

The post office is in the tunnels. There's a fork when you first enter the tunnels through that one house beneath the south wall. You take the left path heading southeast. The other path leads to the hospital.

There's another fork after that. The post office is down the right path, through an icy area. There's a house at the corner of the diverging paths; I don't think it's safe to try and make the trip from the entrance to the post office all in one day, so I'd recommend staying there overnight.

When I visited, the back door of the post office was locked, as was the safe in the back room. I don't know if that's changed since I've been there.

and yet when we got here everything was shut away again

I wouldn't say resetting reality is so hard to do. I have a friend who can do so on a whim, and our host has already demonstrated the ability to manipulate time by taking some of us from different points in time.

I understand. I had to do much the same thing for many ideas. For example, learning that the stars are not part of our sky at all likely seems trivial to someone like you, but it's a difficult thing to keep in perspective, even having been told otherwise.

I would much sooner accept time resetting than none of this being real. If this were only a vision, why would we hunger, thirst, or become ill?

everything we've seen so far has pointed toward some sort of experimental military base:
some sort of big brother surveillance system
protesters complaining about a "baby-sitter" and being mind-controlled
experimental set-up with goals -
get the doors open and unlock the town -
and food and information rewards

based on the fact that the last time someone got possessed they mentioned the admin's drones acting weird
when someone told them it attacked them
i'm guessing all of this stuff was around when the original residents were, too
tunnels are probably just part of the infrastructure

I just tried messaging all of original residents' user names. No response, though the messages went through. The admin didn't respond to my request for their status, either.

If she was dead, though, wouldn't it be odd for her execute commands like that? Her authorization is obviously still valid. You'd think that would have been terminated if she wasn't alive.

Anyone else find it odd that someone is insisting they're in one of the rooms, but isn't showing up in the picture?
