I'm in the bunker, in the room with the functioning computer that I mentioned on the open network yesterday. Is there anything I should attempt to do with it while I'm here? I am not very familiar with computers, but I will follow instructions and describe what I see as best I can.

Battery life on the tablets is limited here, so we'll need to work quickly. Stephanie, if you see this, please respond as soon as you can.

First try the escape key. It says ‘esc’ and it’s on the top left of the keyboard. Assuming that does nothing, hold down CTRL, ALT and DEL at the same time before releasing them. If that does nothing, does the top of the keyboard have F-keys, like F0, F1, etc? Press each one of them one at a time. Those are the simplest things you can always try.

What's visible on the screen? Programs? Text? A command prompt?

The screen is blank except for a prompt asking for a username and a field in which to enter it. I previously tried dulcedeleche, robertmiller, and admit, which returned "ACCESS DENIED". Entering my own username, or chaos entering his own the last time I was here, returned "IDENTITY VERIFIED. ROOM ACCESS GRANTED."

Try ctrl+c to see if you can abort the current command
It might just log you out so you have to enter your username again, but it might abort the username prompt instead and let you play around? Iunno without seeing it
Trying it can't hurt, anyway!
Which room did it let you access??

I don't know. I died due to complications from the mold before I was able to search the area and my access was revoked by the time I was resurrected.

Trying your suggestions and the others' now. I'll let you know how it responds.

you should turn it off/unplug it
and turn it on again
might let you catch it in reboot mode and mess around with more
