[Seeing Stephen's name there hits him like a ton of bricks. David died too, and the guy is always good for a laugh and he feels genuinely bad about it, but seeing Stephen's name clouds all his thoughts and it feels like something literally fell in his chest--

--no matter how pissed off he was at Stephen--and he was very pissed off--he didn't want him to die, and now that he actually had--

--no. He was so tired of losing people. It had to stop. It had to stop, he can't take this anymore, and there's a moment where he just furiously smashes his tablet into the hardest thing he can find, which doesn't do anything but make his arms tired.

Once he's worn out, he does his best to not sound he's been crying so he can leave a message.

He's fine. He sounds fine. His voice isn't cracking. Nope.]

Does...does anybody know what happened to them?

Stephen, if you don't come back, I'll kick your ass.

Why...why would they do that--why'd they do that? [He knows he's just repeating himself but this is Stephen, and David who seems like he had a lot of common sense--] They should know better?! Both of them should know better!?
