[Even more innocuous this time, the video shows another piece of the conversation Zell would have seen from Will. There's some piece of the conversation missing, though. The ex-profiler is stood extremely close to House and the doctor has a gentle hold on his bandaged hands. He begins to unwind the bandage and there's clear concern on his features.

House: Stare over my right shoulder and describe everything you can see, smell, taste, or hear. Paint me a picture with words, Graham Cracker. I wanna know exactly what's behind me.
