[network|video] @quark; even if things end up a bit too heavy; Day 353 [open]
I woke up without Miss Diana this morning. I've tried calling Junpei and he isn't answering, either.
[It's more surprising to him that he's not one of the one's missing, honestly. This might be the first time that he's not disappeared with the masses. But that only makes him worry more.]
What's going on--is anyone else missing someone they're traveling with?

tried pinging angelcakes, though
no response
your girl have the red lines?

[He almost adds that it's his fault, but then he remembers who he's talking to. Quark gives himself a second, then puts on his thinking cap. There's no use in panic.]
Three's a pattern--I'm guessing they're all gone, then.

evie says she doesn't know where they are
she's scanning
miller's not responding
so either he's being an asshole (likely)
he's been taken, too (unlikely when he wasn't in the pit)
or we have another emergency repair/toture tower sitch (more likely)

Both of those were broadcast to the Network, so odds are if this is like one of those, we'll know soon enough.
[And he knows that he shouldn't watch if it does come up on the Network, but...he needs to know what's happening to them.]

No dice. I can keep checking back depending on how long they're all missing for...but of there are any cameras, I'm not finding them.
no subject
let us know if you find anything
i'll check a few of my other resources
you end up alone?
[Mainly, America and the hacking app that he probably knows how to use more effectively than House.]
no subject
[He does his best to remain steady and calm. He's not afraid to be alone, really...but it's been so long now since he has traveled alone, he'd forgotten how it feels to have those exposure effects creep oppressively in on his psyche.]
I'll put out a call to see if anyone's in the area if they don't come back within the next couple of days.
no subject
i'll let you know if miller responds
might be he's just being an asshole right now, too
[House will be keeping an eagle eye out for that announcement in the event he needs to send Wilson and Ecks to go and snag the kid.]

It seems like this place is fond of separating us...
But...
If the pattern continues as usual, they should be back soon.
[Though they may come back with parts missing, either physically or spiritually.]

[Quark sighs. He doesn't even want to say what he's thinking. He doesn't want to relive it and doesn't want it to become reality just because he dared to think it.]
I don't really know what to do with myself in the meantime.

Standing around worrying will not bring them back to us any more quickly.
no subject
[He won't find anything, but he won't know that until he tries. And tries. And tries even more.]
@godsend, video
[ Gabriel is in the hospital and definitely not looking happy. He'd thought maybe Vanitas had a change of heart and ran off after all. But apparently, it's just more awful line crap. ]
no subject
[House said he couldn't reach Angel, but knowing that someone else had someone disappear...well, it doesn't put him at ease, but there's definitely an odd brand of comfort to know that you aren't alone in being worried.]
Was it just the two of you?
no subject
[ It's a bit of a comfort to know that Vanitas didn't just run off, after their conversation bout it. But hearing he's been kidnapped puts a bit of a damper on things. ]

[His face crumbles. He's the one who should have been taken. He's the one that caused Diana to fall in. If she gets hurt, it'll be his fault. All his fault.]
no subject
I hope so, too.
We're gonna do everything we can to get them back. I promise you that.
no subject
[He's not sure that he actually believes that, but he's definitely hoping that if he forces the enthusiasm, he can trick his brain out of its crushing depression. This is definitely a losing battle.]
no subject
Yeah, Quark. We'll figure out a way. I'm going to keep trying the Admin, I think that's probably our best bet right now.

[Which is sort of obvious, given that he was the first to respond to Quark's post, but she's making a point here. She's blissfully unaware that this might come off as blaming Quark for not protecting Diana.]
Doctor House is not missing because I sat on him and stopped him from being stupid and jumping into the pit
because he is stupid
but not missing
no subject
[Quark doesn't mean to start so awkwardly, but the phrasing of the response takes him off guard. He tries to smile to cover it up, but it doesn't reach his eyes. It's just Ecks, so, she probably didn't mean much by it.]
Yeah, that's good. Thanks for looking after him, Ecks. He's lucky to have you around.

also America
America also helped tie him up
no subject
[He hasn't talked to America in a hot minute.]
I bet he's pretty good at tying knots.
[Like a sailor. He's not trying to imply anything weird, seriously.]

he tied Doctor House up quickly and effectively
he used sheets
