Stored caches of useful supplies are being made in buildings near to some of the underground tunnel entrances. These supplies are meant for those who will use them for exploration and problem-solving. You may take from them if you are honestly in dire need, but if you are capable of gathering supplies for yourself and you haven't got plans to put yourself to good use trying to find a way to spring us, DO NOT remove any items from the caches. They will be monitored. Anyone found destroying, hoarding, or otherwise misusing any of these supplies & goods will be tracked down and severely punished. I won't support freeloaders. If you believe these threats are empty, there are many here who could tell you otherwise. Thank you.

Contact me for lists of exact locations and specific items. Additional supplies for doctors are also available, and are in my possession.

Communicating without words is just a pain in the ass, so hey, Alfie gets a rare video transmission consisting of him offering a minimalist wave (he's definitely hanging out with Davesprite too much), then making a more sweeping gesture at all of himself. Hey look, he's alive and whole, hello.]

[It's a role switch. Usually Alfie is the one clamoring for video, or at least audio, but here he is sticking with text.]

[Yeah, he's noticing that. His head cocks inquisitively to one side, but all he does for now is nod and raise an eyebrow, mostly because he can't do a whole lot else. Or, uh. Fuck. He grimaces, then points at himself, then to Alfie/the tablet's camera.]

[Must is a pretty strong word, and he scratches his head a little, shrugging. He guesses he sort of is? Or (he points to an ear) audio would work too. He's already frustrated enough with this shit that he immediately follows it up with a faint growl and a dismissive gesture, though. Whatever, it doesn't matter what Alfie uses; he's more interested in hearing how he's doing anyway.]

[He switches on the video, showing off his gaunt face and bloodshot eyes. Hi Karkat, he looks just as terrible as he did the last time you saw him.]

Hello.

[He wiggles his fingers in a wave.]

[He does look awful, yes. Karkat is tempted to inform him just how awful that is on principle, but how does he properly state that Alfie looks like someone took an Alfie-shaped mold, filled it with excrement, and dressed it up with clothes marinated overnight in stale vomit? He doesn't, that's how. God, he really hates this loss.]

[After a slight pause, he just points at Alfie again, then waves his hand as if to say "get on with it." He'll tilt his head questioningly too, if that helps. (Tell him how you're doing, dammit.)]

[He arches an eyebrow, misunderstanding what Karkat is waiting for.]
