I am alive.

I'm wandering around after lockdown and I'm freezing to death and it completely sucks, but I'm back in the chapel and I'll make it to safety before lockdown.

[ Billy knows, from the grimace on his face, that this isn't quite right somhow, but he doesn't actually know what's wrong with it. ]

-I'm just wanting to let everyone know, since I'm missing some major drama. Wow, guys, what is happening?


[ Billy is suffering from a death effect where he's lost his sense of place in time. Everything feels like it's happening at once/in random order, and he'll be responding in random tenses and not be making a lot of sense. ]

[ Did it happen super early??? DID THEY ALL GET LOCKED OUT THIS TIME? ]

[ Tapping on his tablet to try to find any warning messages or something. ]

Did you hear the lockdown warning?

[ There's a slightly panicked edge to Billy's voice, now -]

I heard it, but it's dark and I'm turned around. I don't know where Dorian went.

[ It's grey, and often cloudy, but dark? ]

It's not dark now. Dorian might be close still to where you... you know died.

[ It doesn't get easier.

He does find the panic slowly ebbing away as he realizes what's really going on. ]

You're having issues telling time.

Bingo. Every time I remember something...

[ He trails off, helpless to describe what's happening. ]

This is worse than Kang.

I'm glad you're alive. [ Even if he isn't sure he knows this person. He heard his voice in the cells, he's pretty sure, but doesn't think he caught his name or anything else about him. ] I don't understand what you're saying, though. It's not lockdown yet. You said it yourself.

[ It's not lockdown! The sun is still up and his tablet's clock says... something. Billy's not actually sure. ]

It isn't. Last night's lockdown only just ended.

There's something... wrong. Something weird happening.

You died a few days ago. Could it be something you lost? Do you think you could describe your surroundings to me?

I'm outside. [ With a great deal of concentration. ] There aren't any buildings around, it's a snowfield -

[ A moment of silence. ]

I'm in the chapel. It's nightime. Everything's way too quiet.

Do you still believe it's lockdown even after seeing that?

I don't know. I don't think it is. Not right now.

[It can't be both before and after lockdown unless something quantum is happening but that doesn't seem to be the case here.]

I can't... actually tell. I'm outside, and walking, but I don't know how long I've been walking.

[But it will be, and without a sense of time there's a higher than average chance Billy's going to get locked out and freeze to death again. They just talked last night, but Stephen doesn't expect him to differentiate. He'd just really like to herd the guy inside and get him to stay inside -- or get him to meet up with someone who can make sure he does.]

Lost track of direction a while ago. I think I see something in front of me, though.

[The tunnels aren't the worst idea, but why's anyone asking Billy to go anywhere right now?]

It's possible you could reach the tunnels, but it's also possible he'll get you killed trying to pass between houses to find an entrance.
