[network] @quark; everything happens so much; Day 275 [open] [character death discussion]
stop
[He should say more. He needs to say more. Quark knows that that's true but he can't right now. Not this second. He doesn't have it in him. He doesn't have the words. He didn't even want to look at the Network but he couldn't ignore what he saw once he saw it. This is way, way too much to deal with all at once.]

i'm assuming you're completely healed
[House is going to breeze past the 'so you're probably traumatized by being murdered.' There are others who can handle that better.]

It's good to see you're back.
[ Yes, he's aware they hardly know each other, but still. ]
Do you need anything?
[ He's probably too far away to actually do anything, but he's going to ask regardless. ]

[It's not a very helpful thing to say, because he can't even finish it with the sentiment of being glad that he's back.]
That sort of thing shouldn't be something anyone has to experience.

im just gonna try to get over it fast so nobody has to be sad
[Aka an extremely unhealthy way of dealing with and expressing his emotional trauma but he isn't old enough to know much better. He just hates to see how upset everyone else was over what happened. Maybe it should make him feel more justified in his own upset, but instead it just makes him feel ashamed. Like he's responsible for all of the fallout.]

text @Enoch; Night 275 - sorry for late, had no idea where he was mentally to reply to this
When he does finally check the network, late at night, he feels guilty for missing both this and the obituary that spawned it - though he'd stopped reading obituaries long before this, since Clayton's death.]
I'm sorry, Quark. I didn't see any of this while it was happening. How are you feeling now?
