[122: This A-frame house consists of one large empty room and a sealed door that seems like it should lead to a basement, although there's currently no way to open it up and see. A penis has been drawn on a corner of the wall in some sweet-smelling dried white substance, as well as "suck it". Below the words, "you first" is written in pen. "It is a two dimensional drawing. It cannot be sucked." is written below as well, in neat block letters. On the wall in blue ink is written "This is Building 105 on the composite map. Contact @CaptSteveRogers for details." Right. Right, of course, naturally. And do you also wear solid gold socks and eat caviar for breakfast and—and have a butler to feed you in your diamond-encrusted mansion—that’s probably haunted, let’s be real, by a Countess who died mysteriously before she was to be married. She appears to you in a dream—solve the mystery of her death, set her free. You do, and share a ghostly kiss. Turns out, you find her descendant, who looks exactly like her. In a bookstore. But you don’t approach—why? You can’t, her husband is right there.

You have to let her go.

It’s bittersweet.

[It was a penthouse overlooking the heart of the city, but it might as well have been a diamond-encrusted mansion for how much it had cost. Stephen doesn't get a chance to correct Peter, though, before he's rolled right on past any semblance of reality and into an even more bizarre vision of wealth than the whole hobo highlander thing that started them talking about the monopoly guy. Stephen shuts his mouth and listens, eyebrows creeping upward and mouth quirked at the corner, until Peter seems to be done for the moment.]

She was a duchess, actually. But we'll always have that night in dream Paris.

[Peter’s spent most of his life stealing stuff, and spending units as fast as he got them. He’d been motivated by money for a long time. It sounds like a dream come true.]

It had its perks, yeah. I'm not going to pretend I never miss it.

[He could go on about how he's grown as a person. How his life is richer now that he can see beyond his own nose. That doesn't lend itself, though, to fantasies of diamond-filled cocktails to take their minds away from this place for a little while.]
